The Lady Lions take 5th place at Mumford's tournament after splitting today's games: 46-58 vs Brazos Christian 41-40 vs Giddings 🦁🏀🦁 This weekends games truly tested our girls strength and perseverance as they faced tough teams and adversity. Our team showed up and played with heart, never giving up despite the situation. The Lady Lions showed up and played hard today at the Mumford Tournament, going 1-1 in pool play. 🦁🏀🦁 The girls defeated Elgin 42-41, but fell short to St. Josephs, 48-53. They'll be back in Mumford tomorrow taking on Brazos Christian and Giddings at 12:00pm and 4:00pm. #FAW #OwnIt #32minutes

Boys Varsity traveled to Hamilton today; losing their first competition, winning the second. Each of the following players scored double digits in each game: Kael J. (12, 10 pts), Kye W. (11, 12 pts) & Isaac C. (14, 12 pts). Tournament play concludes tomorrow with a 9:50 AM tip.
