The Lady Lions opened up the second round of district play tonight in Hearne with a 49-32 victory. All teams will be back in action Friday in the Lions Den. Jv girls will tip off at 4:30 pm in the old gym. Varsity will tip off at 6:00 PM in the competition gym. #FAW

HS Girls Basketball: Junior varsity Lady Lions brought home the win tonight versus Holland. Varsity came up short but will begin round two of district on Tuesday in Hearne. #FAW
Boys HS Basketball: Both Varsity and JV traveled down to Holland for a district matchup vs the Hornets. JV was able to win in a 20-11 game behind A. Lizardo's 12 points. Varsity would later fall in their game vs the Hornets, 34-45.

JH boys basketball traveled to Holland for some hard fought games. The mixed team fell short in the first game. The 7th grade team pulled out a late victory. The 8th grade got the win in a game down to the final seconds. Catch them back in action next Thursday in Thorndale.
Lady Lions JH took on Holland JH in the Lion's Den. 7th grade fought hard but fell short. 8th grade took it down to the wire and were victorious! They are back in action next week on Thursday against Thorndale in our house!
