High School volleyball wrapped up the first 2 days of practices today. Go Lions!

Today we welcomed our newest Lions to the Granger family at New Teacher Orientation!
It was a great day filled with learning, connecting, and getting ready for an amazing school year. We’re excited to have this incredible group join our team—and we know they’re going to do BIG things for our students!

We are starting 2-a-days practices on Monday, August 4 for incoming 9th-12th graders and managers. We will transport players from the old field house to the new field. The players should report to the field house no later than 5:30 AM. The bus will leave at 5:45 AM, and will return about 8:15 AM. The boys will be sent home at that time, and need to return by 3:15 PM for weights, film, etc. If anyone needs help with transportation, please let one of the coaches know as soon as possible so we can help with that.

A message from your Superintendent regarding the start of the 2025-26 school year!

🎉 Congratulations to Pedro Rivera on his new role as Director of Technology at Granger ISD! We're excited to see his expertise and passion make a positive impact across the district.

Granger High School FCCLA members recently returned from an incredible week at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida. With over 245,000 members nationwide, we are proud to say Granger ISD has some of the very best representing both our district and the great state of Texas!

Throughout the week, our members attended leadership workshops focused on growing chapter membership, serving communities, and building leadership skills. They networked with peers from across the country, enjoyed FCCLA Night at Universal Studios and ended the week at the After Glow Party at Aquatica!

A special shoutout to Connor Vanek, who serves as the Texas State Parliamentarian, leading the Texas Delegation in electing the newest National Officer Team.

In STAR Events competitions, Jack Darley earned a gold medal in Job Interview, while Alexandria Lopez, Marisa Garcia, and Calvin Thames competed as a team in FCCLA Chapter website, placing 8th in the nations and receiving a silver medal!

These students made Texas and Granger ISD proud!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for our youth camp that begins this morning at 9. Bring a water bottle. We will also provide water.
